A member reported they weren't receiving our emails and when I went into Constant Contact to enter the email address it said they had unsubscribed. I followed the instructions to send them the email to resubscribe. When I put their email address into the search bar it said their were no matches. And yet it saw that email address when I had tried to add it.
I've looked in the unsubscribed members list and that doesn't show them either.
I've not had this happen before when looking for unsubscribed members.

Based on your search parameters, were you entering their full email address or only part of it?
