Messsages going to Spam

In the last week, I have faculty telling me that messages are going to their Spam folders instead of being delivered as they should. Can someone look into this. This is a problem.

I'm sorry to hear your faculty is having delivery issues and I apologize for the inconveniences this may have caused you. You mention that the campaigns are landing in the spam folder which could be due to your network's security system filtering out content. In cases like this, we suggest whitelisting Constant Contact within your security system which would help you with those delivery issues you are facing.
