Hey community, it looks like Office 365 Safelinks is flagging Constant Contact Blast Links as Malicious as shown in the picture, I was hoping we could come together and get Microsoft or Constant Contact to get Microsoft to remove Constant Contact from the global domain blocklist, supposedly per a Microsoft rep "as long as constant contact supplies Microsoft with the information they request it should be removed pretty quickly."
Safelinks Block
Having the same problem.
Hi @ChadH525
Thank you for reaching out to the Constant Contact Community. It's my pleasure to assist you today.
I'm sorry you are running into the issue with malicious links in Office 365. We are aware of the issue and have reached out to Microsoft for more information on what we should do to correct it. If you haven't reported the issue to Microsoft as well, you can do so here. That should expedite resolving the issue if our mutual customers are reporting the problem to both companies. I will also request that our team reach out to you when the issue is resolved. In the meantime, if there is anything else we can do for you please let us know.
Thank you for contacting Constant Contact. Have a great weekend.
We are having the issue as well and would like to be notified when it is resolved.
Thanks,
Hi @MikeF4652,
We're sorry about this issue and appreciate you reaching out about it. Please know our programmers are working directly with Microsoft to get it resolved as quickly as possible! In the meantime, we encourage you to also report this issue to Microsoft as it will help to expedite the resolution. In addition, I have requested that you be notified via email when it is resolved (notification will be sent to the main contact email address for your account.)
Hi,
We seem to have the same issue.
I Would like to be notified when the issue is resolved as well.
In the meantime, I'll try to report the issue to microsoft as proposed.
Best regards
We are experiencing the same issue. It would have been nice if Constant Contact had advised their clients as to this issue.
We now have a survey out with some people who don't trust the link. I can't even tell our member community in good faith that they should ignore the warning.
Not very happy right now.
Thank you for your replies regarding this issue. I apologize for the inconvenience this might have caused. I can understand how sending campaigns to customers that are showing up as malicious can be harmful to the trust of the customers. Our developers are working quickly to try to get a resolution. In the meantime, we encourage you to also report this issue to Microsoft as it will help to expedite the resolution. I will make sure you are notified when it is resolved. If you have any further questions for me, please feel free to ask.
I just sent a test email and did not receive the Malicious Website image - Has this problem been solved?
Hello @NSULaw,
Thank you for your post! The issue is not fully resolved as of yet. The Malicious Website messages have not affected all Office 365 users and Microsoft could be making changes to try and resolve it if you were experiencing it previously. If you have anymore questions or information regarding this issue please let us know!
Hi @NSUlaw,
A word of caution: I believe there is no problem with sending a test mail from the previews, but the problem occurs only when a campaign is sent out "for real". The difference is that the links are modified to be able to provide tracking information, which "test/preview" emails don't have.
At least six days and counting and still no solution from Constant Contact. Pathetic.
This needs to be escalated urgently and we need some meaningful estimate of when it will be fixed.
Hello everyone,
We want to thank you all for reaching out to us and relaying your concerns about this issue. We wanted to give you a little more insight into what is happening from our end and what we are doing to work towards a resolution. Our Mail Operations team has looked into the tracking links that we use (r20.rs6) to ensure that there is not a larger issue with the urls, and we are happy to report that there are no other URL scanning services that are blocking the links. This means that this issue is only appearing for some people who are using Office 365, not all Office 365 users. Our Standards and ISP Relations team has been working with the Office 365 folks to fix this for our mutual customers.
While we do not have a resolution or a timeframe for a resolution currently, we did want to let you know about a couple of things about this:
We understand that the delivery of your emails, as well as the ability to take action and direct your audience to your website or any other URL, is pertinent to your business. We will continue working on this issue internally as well as with the Office 365 team until we have a resolution. As we have any additional information on this, we are happy to share here in this Community thread.
I am also having this issue. Please track and let me know when it is fixed. Thank you
This just happened with one of our campaigns. Please let me know when it's resolved.

Hi @MMarshel
Thank you for reaching out to the Community! We have added your account to the queue of people to be notified when this is resolved.
Has this been solved yet?
Hi @NSULaw,
I checked your account and can confirm that you will be notified when this is completely resolved. Thanks for your patience!
We are experiencing the same issue and have been for a few days. Multiple users have emailed us with screenshots of the links. It CERTAINLY has to do with the tracking link, because whenever we have disabled tracking in our emails, our users don't experience the same issues. In reading about ATP, it may have to do with the fact that the tracking service is altering the original, safe links. We know this because when we send our links through normal email providers, our users have no problems opening them.
Please add us to the list to be notified when this is resolved.
Hey @JordanM562 and @VillagesNews,
Thank you for reaching out to us! You both will be notified when the issue is resolved. We appreciate your patience.
