When I download my reports.....i have a message saying I need an Office 365 subscription to edit.  I have a subscription!!  I can't edit any spreadsheets!!  Any ideas?

Hello @JodyB322 ,

 

You may need to check on the device you're opening the CSV / XLS file on, to ensure you actually have the proper Office programs installed / access to. If you need further assistance, we'd recommend reaching out Microsoft's support since this involves their programs.
