It appears this Community profile is linked to an expired trial account so I'm unable to go in and get a good overview of what might be happening. If you email us at social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com, please include your account's username, the exact number of contacts you have stored in MindBody, and when the last time was that the integration synced with your account.
Otherwise, for a quicker response you can also call in to be directly transferred to the applicable integration team.
Hi! Thank you for your response. My account should be linked to an active membership- I am no longer a trial. Also I did call support, they just told me to import the contacts manually. I would rather sync them to mind body automatically so that our client information continues to sync as we make changes in Mindbody.
