Mobile app problem

I have the latest CC mobile app update on my iPhone 6. I recently setup an additional CC account... was in the account and when I exited the account I logged into my original account. I received an error message indicating I had not setup any campaigns. I confirmed it is a mobile app issue by logging into both accounts on my laptop which displayed information as expected.

Thank you for reaching out about this. I saw that we emailed you about this when you first posted this, but wanted to post here as well in case you missed that email! 


I am sorry about any inconvenience that this may have caused. Please try these steps and reach back out to us if they do not fix the problem. 

1. Uninstall and reinstall the app

2. Log into one account, then log out and completely close the app

3. Then log into the other account.  We had an update to the app on iOS so please check which version you are using as well.
