Why doesnâ t your platform allow editing across platforms? I created on mobile, but could not edit on the web app? Not very useful

Hello @CraigC636 ,

 

Your account should be setup to access the Cross-Device / Platform Editor (CPE) on both the regular website and mobile app. Are you receiving a specific error message when trying to edit a mobile-created campaign on the desktop?
