Thank you for reaching out with your questions here in the Community! Unfortunately, when it comes to billing specifics, we ask that you call in to discuss with our Billing specialists, who are best equipped to answer those questions, but also just due to account security.


However, I took a look at your account, and one option for you would be to go through and remove some of the bounced emails that are showing on your Reporting page. Here is a handy FAQ that may help you reduce your contact tier!
