Monthly Payment Receipts Error

Constant Contact's automatic payment receipts sent to account billing email addresses often sends old receipts for invoices from previous months or years. For example, a recent receipt that was supposed to be for January 5, 2022 (1/5/22) was instead an old receipt from April 5, 2021 (4/5/21). There seems to be a coding error in the automatic payment receipt sender. It is particularly frustrating, because it is difficult to find records of monthly payments without those receipts for our own internal accounting purposes.

Hello @GSMA ,

 

So your account's billing address hasn't received any recent invoices? It always receives older ones sporadically? Does updating your billing address to a different one alleviate the issue at all? Are you able to manually send the invoices and payment receipts to your billing or another address?
