Our campaign emails seem to have a few people clicking through on every provided link multiple times. It seems to be all at the same time, then a few minutes go by and they do it again.

Either they're very enthusiastic about our email, or is it some sort of bot?

Hello @Maryec,

That most definitely appears to be an automated system.  There are a number of security programs out there which will scan an email by actually following all of the links within the email, which our system can read as someone clicking on the links.  It's unusual to see any program do this multiple times though.  Usually scanning the email once is good enough.  It's possible they are forwarding it on to other people within their organization, who have the same security program that scans the links again, or it's possible that their security program is simply malfunctioning.  While this obviously makes their engagement history difficult to read, it shouldn't have any other effects on your account.

would you delete these people or do you think the emails are still getting through?

Hello @user649776 ,

The emails should still generally be getting through, but their metrics won't be as useful as other contacts that don't utilize such programs.
