Multiple email authentications

Is there a way to utilize multiple email accounts that you can switch between when sending out campaigns?  Meaning if we have two users log in to send out campaigns, can we have the email 'from' each separate user? Or will it only allow for one authenticated email?

Hello @sbmgmt ,

If you're using our authentication or self-authentication, it's recommended to stick with the same sending address, or it could cause potential deliverability issues.

So do people setup a general email address for sending out campaigns? Like a communications@xxxxxx.com? Or will that trigger something am filters?

Role addresses are fine as long as you've gone through an authentication process. Self-authentication is always the best if you have your own domain. If you're working with a free email, such as Yahoo or Gmail, then you'll want to use the CC authentication. For free addresses, typically having the name of the organization makes it more trustworthy.

If I change to the role account for the self authenticated email will I need to reregister a new key?

I believe so, however you may want to check with our Deliverability team to confirm that. If you need additional guidance on how to do these:

Generating and Publishing a DKIM

Setting up Self-Auth and Publishing DNS Records

Beyond that, if you're wanting some more specialized insight or guidance, I'd suggest calling our Deliverability team.
