My Account Page not visible

I've logged on to reactivate account and see that account fields are not visible.

Hello @DianeN0 ,

 

If you're needing to reactivate your account, please select the Plans & Pricing option after logging in and selecting the name in the top-right corner. If the My Account page continues to be blank, please try clearing your cache or checking other connectivity troubleshooting to see if there's any device/network-specific elements preventing you from working in the site.
