We're sorry to hear you're having trouble viewing your Billing Activity / Statements in our system. When you go to load up these invoices, does the page go blank, or does it remain static? If it remains static, it's likely still processing and should be able to provide the statements in a moment or two after it's gathered up all the information for the time range you select. If it's an issue of the invoices not showing up at all, does clicking one of the other view-types (i.e. All Activity, Payments, Invoices) reveal anything?
