My Account is Cancelled!

I got an email from the compliance department saying that:

"At this time, your account has been canceled by the compliance department...."


Why is the hell that happened??

If you need to discuss the details of a Compliance review, you'll need to contact them via phone and stay on the line until they're able to answer.


IF you're unable to call in, we can also submit a callback ticket on your behalf with a 24 business hour response (response may be delayed by the holiday in the US this weekend). It also doesn't appear you have a phone number associated with the account, so if you'd like a callback ticket, I'd recommend replying directly to the automated @ mention email you receive with the desired contact info included.
