My Bill is too high

Why has my bill increased from £18 to £30 per month?

Please can you let me know why my bill has jumped from £18 to £30 from one month to another? Many thanks

Hi @KristineZ5. Your billing is determined by the package you have selected and also the number of contacts in your account. If you have gone into a new contact tier level, your monthly charge will be adjusted to reflect this. If you have any additional questions about your billing, you can contact our Billing department. Their international number is +1 781-482-8931 and they are available Monday through Friday from 7am-9pm ET.
