My Billing

Please call me regarding my billing. You do not have any way to communicate after hours. Why don't you have an email so that we can communicate problems? Please stop billing my credit card. We have NOT mailed a newsletter in 2 months. This is supposed to be "pay as you go". elaineysanford@aol.com

I apologize for any confusion there may be with the billing on your account. Though we are unable to go into your account's billing details here in the Community, we can go over some of our basic billing policies. For instance Constant Contact is a monthly service. Your Constant Contact account includes features other than sending emails - features like managing your contacts (hosting your contact list, signing up new contacts, and unsubscribe management), designing emails, promotions, offers and events, and reporting for the results. Because of this the monthly product fee applies whether or not you send a campaign.

 

If you are no longer using your account and would like to cancel it to stop these payments, we have submitted your cancellation request to our Billing Support.
