My Contacts on Constant

Hello, I just saw that my account is de-activated as such I cannot get into my dashboard to access anything, past records of email delivery, all my updated contacts on the platform and many more. I am redirected to activate with a recurring sum of 255$, but unfortunately, our clients who we manage this email marketing for is not responding to make payment at this time but we are learning that payment will made but we don't know when. How can I at least re-activate my account to access my contacts, I dont have them elsewhere because I trusted that its safe on constant contact and accessible anytime. Please advice, its very urgent and key to access my contacts at this time through my dashboard.

It appears this disable was put in place by our Billing Support. I apologize, due to account security we are unable to go into an account's billing details or authorize payments through the Community. I can go over some of our basic billing policies, including the fact that Constant Contact is a monthly services that charges whether an email is sent through the account or not. We do also offer users the ability to suspend their account for a nominal monthly fee during months the account is not in use. Suspending the account would allow for you to work on your campaigns and manage your contacts though you would not have the option to send emails

 

In the meantime, we have however sent a copy of your contacts to the contact email address on file. I also would suggest contacting our Billing Department directly for any further questions you may have with the billing on your account.
