My account is deactivated how to see my previous billing ?

Hi I would like to request my billing for my account for December 2020, I cant view the previous billing as my account is deactivated

Hello @user066895 ,

 

Even if your account is locked down due to cancellation, you should still be able to navigate to the My Account page. You'll want to login, click the name in the top-right corner, select My Account, then you can look up and print/email your invoices.

 

If you're unable to access that information for whatever reason, let us know and we'll send the invoices to the account's billing address.
