Muchas gracias por tu respuesta, tal vez no me expliqué bien; el problema que tengo es que dentro de mi sesión, en el menú del lado derecho, en la opción de "my account" al elegirla no deja de procesar con el mensaje "cargando, por favor espera". Necesito solicitar mi factura, pero así no es posible

Parece que hay algún tipo de problema de conectividad que está provocando tiempos de carga elevados al acceder a su página "Mi cuenta".

¿Ha intentado borrar la memoria caché de su navegador? ¿O intentaste restablecer tu enrutador para ver si eso resuelve la alta latencia de carga?
