My email campaign went to Spam

Hello, My email went to 724 people and the emails went to spam only. How can this be fixed?

Hello @AngelaA268 ,

 

Did you have self-authentication turned on when you sent the emails? I'd advise reaching out to our Delivery team so they can provide more advanced troubleshooting and insight on your issue, and see if there was anything wrong with the authentication, or if the logs pulls any additional info.
