Can you tell me how one of my graphics was deleted from my newsletter when it was sent out? It's in the campaign even now, but was omitted when sent. Can you tell me how that happens so I can avoid it happening again? Thanks Colleen Colleen

I was able to get all the graphics to come through when I test sent the email to my Gmail and Outlook. For the sake of further troubleshooting, can you please let us know the following info:

• Which graphic is missing?
• What program do you use to read your emails? Is the graphic still missing when you open the email in a different email program / app?
• In your current email program, is there a blank box or small icon in the place where the graphic should be? Or is the space where the graphic would be simply blank or gone entirely? If there's a blank space / icon, does right-clicking in it reveal an option to display / download the image?
• If using a web-based email program (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook.com, etc.), does clearing your browser cache allow the image to display?
