Hi I am writing to complain about my recent Constant Contact campaign. My Iphone recipients have reported viewing problems. They are unable to see many of the texts and images properly, with many reporting mis- alignments or simply black blocks. As a result much of my campaign of them those emails were lost. I remember I have done the preview, the test mails and search for problems. I am a very light constant contact user but I do need my e-mails to to work properly. Can you please let me know what is happening, if I myself have done anything wrong and also if you could correct the problem? Thank you Regina

Hello @user316812 ,

 

Do you know what email app these particular iPhone users are viewing the emails on? Do you know the version of iPhone and the apps they're using? If the contacts flip to horizontal view and then back to vertical view, does that fix the issue on their end?

 Thank you but I am not happy with this solution. It should work properly however you send it. Not to mention some people are not receiving the campaigns at all. Not good

If you do know what version of iPhone and the apps being used, we can definitely do more research and hopefully find a solution. These troubleshooting steps will help us determine what to do to fix this. Thank you!
