My store is not charging shipping on orders

I have a shipping amount entered for each product in my store, but when orders come in, they're getting free shipping. I cannot figure out why, and it's super frustrating. Any ideas?

For assistance with the online store management and setup, I'd advise speaking with the Website Builder integration support team since it goes through their system.
