NO PHOTOS

I sent out a mass email this morning. The test emails appeared to look correct with images, but when I sent it out to over 1600 people.. NO PHOTOS APPEARED ... and they aren't even appearing in my web version either! I have been a customer for 10 years and I've never had this issue. I did read the troubleshooting faq and when I did social share - it also did not show the photos in the on-line version I shared via social. Is this a one-off situation?

Hello @AlexandraR67 ,

I'm afraid I wasn't able to recreate what you're describing, even when I added myself as a contact and did a live send to myself. the images showed in Gmail (app & browser), Outlook 2016, and the iPhone Mail app. I was also able to view the images in the Webpage version as well (the one in your email's VaW link is the same as the share / permanent URL that is put into social shares).

If the images are not appearing when you open the webpage version of the email in addition to your actual email program, it sounds like an extreme caching error occurring for your browser. Do the images not show when you view the email on your phone, or when you use a different browser as well? If clearing your cache doesn't alleviate the issue, we may need to do a deeper dive to figure out why you're unable to view the images, but they display in everything on our end.
