NOT ABLE TO MAKE CORRECTIONS OR SEND EMAIL

Today, I kept getting an error message that the system couldn't save my changes. Therefore I could not send my email out. I spent over 2 hours, restarting my computer and trying different browsers and got the same message. The is some problem on your end. It is even more frustrating that there is no technical support available. I needed to get this email out today and timing is very important. I would appreciate having someone get in touch with me in regards to this problem as I cannot send the email out.
