I'M ABSOLUTELY SHOCKED THAT YOU ASK A NEW USER TO SIGN IN, GIVE ALL THEIR DETAILS AND THEN INSTEAD OF ALLOWING A FREE TRIAL ACCESS TO AT LEAST SEE WHAT YOUR PRODUCT HAS TO OFFER, YOU JUST PULL THE PLUG OFF!!!

 

I GET A MESSAGE IMMEDIATELY AFTER I GIVE MY DETAILS - 'SORRY YOUR ACCOUNT IS TEMPORARILY BLOCKED'

 

IS THIS HOW YOU TREAT NEW USERS?

 

I OWE AN EXPLANATION BECAUSE I HAVE SHARED MY DETAILS WITH YOU.
