Navigating the confusing new email templates--unable to include graphics

It used to be that I could decide where to insert art/graphics amid the text in an email. But no more?

 

Going down through the list of new templates, I see no ability to deviate from the "script" - so when, as now, a graphic is called for in the text I am writing, I cannot insert it as in the past.

 

Can anyone tell me a way around this?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! The way around this is by separating all of your paragraphs by text blocks because images can only be inserted in between text blocks and not inside of them in order to stay mobile responsive. Thanks!
