We are sending out a email tomorrow about the closing of our company this summer. Right now I have Very Important Information about us on the subject line with the second line saying Thank you for 89 wonderful years.
Any better suggestions on what to say. Of course the entire store will be on sale but I want to make sure people open the email and read it since we are not closing till sometime in June so we will have a full Spring. We are a garden center and now is the time that people shop. Thanks for any suggestions and or advice
Thank you for reaching out to us! That is a wonderful question. I personally like your idea of what to put for the subject and preheader. Although, I would recommend taking a look at this article on how to make your subject line as strong as it can be. Here is another article that goes over some ways to personalize the subject line to draw the readers attention! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
What about something like " Are we still on for this Spring?" I know many companies have great success with using this one but rather than Spring, saying " Are we still on for 12?" so twisting it slightly to benefit your busy season may be a good idea.
Or another option would be " Were starting in 5 hours" and this will relate to the savings happening on your current sale!
