For large events, we really really need the functionality to type a last name into a search bar (within an event) to pull up a contact. With 600+ people in an event, it's a pain to have to eyeball search every name at check-in.
That's a great suggestion and I'm more than happy to submit that feedback to our developers on our behalf! In the meantime, you can export your list of registrants and then use the search functionality within Excel, if you are at a computer while checking people in.
