I work at a community college and we use Constant Contact to outreach to our students. We also have to develop contracts with everyone we work with (see the forms below). Who can we talk to to move forward?

It looks like in previous years you've called in so our Billing team can get the contract signed by the proper people. I'd recommend giving them a call as soon as you're able so you can get it signed asap.
If you're unable to call them, please respond to the @ mention email with PDFs or some other printable version of your forms, and we'll get them passed along to the Billing team.
