On My Account page, when I click on "Generate Prepayment Deposit Invoice," it takes me to "View Plans & Pricing." I need to get this invoice ASAP so I can get you paid. Please advise.
Thank you for reaching out to the Community. I apologize that you are having difficulty generating the needed prepayment deposit invoice while in your account. I did generate both the 6 month and 12 month invoice emailed each of them to the billing email address on the account.
