Need more customer support!

I have tried on numerous occasions to reach support as my welcome email has not worked since September of 2021. I have also created new welcome email and it also has not worked. Each time that I have called support, I have been on hold for over an hour and then the system disconnects and hangs up on me. Very disappointed.

So looking into your account, it looks like you already have an active welcome email automation going for one of your e-comm integration lists. Accounts can only have 1 active welcome series at a time, so trying to activate others will simply result in them not sending. If you're wanting to have multiple separate welcome emails for individual lists, I'd recommend setting up those additional welcomes as regular automation series with just 1 email step.
