So looking into your account, it looks like you already have an active welcome email automation going for one of your e-comm integration lists. Accounts can only have 1 active welcome series at a time, so trying to activate others will simply result in them not sending. If you're wanting to have multiple separate welcome emails for individual lists, I'd recommend setting up those additional welcomes as regular automation series with just 1 email step.
