Need to change contact info and email, etc

We want to reactivate our account, but have different contact individual and addresses.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! We're happy to hear you want to reopen your account. For your account security we suggest calling in to our Billing Department to help with this. The good news is once your account is reactivated you can update the account owner of your account to a new contact.
