Never Receive Test Email

I have sent multiple test emails with my updated campaign information and the recipient has not received them - it has been hours since they were sent via Constant Contact.

Thank you for reaching out to the Constant Contact Community.  I’d be happy to assist you today.


At some point during the last year since your last race event, your email server/ISP has blocked our emails.  If you look at the reporting from your last sent email, the email address you sent to ending in your domain name bounced as a blocked bounce.  That means you will need to have them whitelist us using the information at this link to be able to receive emails through us again.
