I am having a horrible time trying to get a new credit card stored to pay your monthly bill. Why can't I get this dome?

Hello @LoneStarBridgeClub ,

 

Are you getting any specific error messages or anything that'd denote a problem? Is the error occurring when you're in Incognito / Private browsing, or after performing a cache clear and logging out/back in?

 

If you continue to have issues, I'd recommend calling our general support so they can securely assist you in updating your payment info.
