Welcome to Constant Contact! The intro call is a 30-minute callback from the onboarding team to quickly show you how to navigate the account, upload contacts, and create an email. This is generally an additional introductory feature for brand, new trialers that immediately signup for a Plus-level account.

 

For trialers and Core customers, I'd recommend going through our Getting Started guide (also available in video format), with relevant links for newcomers using the system. You're also welcome to call our general support so they can work 1:1 with you, and also screenshare while you're logged into your Constant Contact account. The general support team can accomplish the exact same that the onboarding team can, but there's no time limit with general support since there's no meetings that need to be scheduled.
