We have a continuing problem with unauthorized subscribers. This last "Updated Subscriber Notice" dtd 9/14/2020 had 80 New Contacts, along with 15 unsubscribing due to being unauthorized. The one before that was 37 and all other previous range approx. 10.
This is becoming annoying and disruptive. Is their anything that Constant Contact can do to prevent this?

Could you provide some additional insight on the source of these contacts? Are you using a sign up form you created through us, or that you constructed on your own? Is there any recurring domain or aspect (e.g. random numbers and letters for the name, excessively long, etc.) of the "unauthorized" unsubscribes?
If it's a form you developed, have you had a chance to reach out to our Web Services team to see if they have any insight on the form?
