New User -- Test Email Does Not Send / Not In Spam

Our school is a new user.  We created our email message and we are trying to send a test -- we receive the "happy" test sent message --  however no one ever receives the test.  It's not in spam,  we added the "testers" to our contact list.  What else can we try>

It looks like you already called in and spoke with our Deliverability team. For the sake of visibility, I just wanted to reiterate that with certain domains, extra levels of safelisting or authentication may need to be done to ensure emails are delivered, especially "internal" emails being sent through us.
