New Website

New website is not allowing me to save the changes to a previous template.  I copied an old email and was making chages when a box showed up and said they could not save my changes.

I did attempt to copy a template, make an adjustment, and use the save function and it did seem to be performing correctly.

In order to better assist you would you mind answering a few questions?

Are you seeing any other error when attempting to make changes or access any other parts of the site? If you were to copy a different campaign or select a new template by clicking on the "Create" button do you still see the same issue?


There is a chance it may be an issue with the browser or connection have we tried any connectivity troubleshooting
