New account is temporary deactivated


New account is temporary deactivated



I created a new Account with free plan yesterday. When I tried to login today I was redirected to the page that says: 


"We've temporarily deactivated your Constant Contact account. Please contact Customer Support so that we may resolve the problem and reactivate your account. We will continue to bill your account during this time."


I don't have any ability to call to the support via phone and chat is not working.


Can someone help me with this?
