We merely changed the name on our account, and have now lost all of our contacts and campaigns. We renewed our account and paid in full. John Hardy

I apologize for any confusion there may be with your account! If signing in causes all of your contacts and campaigns to go missing, it sounds like you may have logged into the wrong account. I took a peek at our system and can see you have two accounts. One is an empty trial account, the other is an account with contacts and campaigns still in it. In fact I can see you were able to get in touch with our Phone Support about this as well. They have created a ticket in our system to gain access to this account. A member of our Support team will contact you directly with any further updates on this account access process.
