When I edit an image (rotate, crop, etc.) and try to save those changes, I get the following error:
There was an error saving this file to your library.
I did not have these problems last week with the old photo editor.
Hello @JanetH676. I'm sorry that this has happened to you. Did you try using a different browser to see if you still got the same error when saving the image? Also, were you editing the image while working in the email or when you were in the Library? If you could provide us with this information, that would be extremely helpful as we continue to assist you.

Thank you for your reply @mp2345. We've seen a few reports of some customers not being able to save edits to images while working on an email. Would you be able to go to the Library from the top navigation bar in your account and attempt to edit the image there? Let us know if you are able to save your changes from here.

I am so sorry you are experiencing an error, and thank you for reporting this. I will be sure to make a note in your arrount so that our developers are aware. From what I understand, this error appears to be happening when editing an image while working on an email, is this your experience? Customers have found that there are no issues when editing images directly in the Library. If you haven't accessed editing options from the My Library page, see this detailed article: Edit Images Using Adobe Creative SDK. I hope that is helpful in the meantime!
Having the same issue. Using Firefox. Never had an issue before. Now with new email platform & editor, can't save changes in photos & no html option to tweak emails. AND CC runs $25 a month more than everyone else. Remind me why I do business with you again?

I have tracked the feedback in your account for our developers to see. If you are able I would be happy to submit additional feedback on why you want access to the HTML. What kind of tweaks are you trying to make?
As for the photo editor issue, have you tried another browser just to see if the issue replicates? I certainly don't want you to stop using your preferred browser, but it would be helpful to know if it's local to just Firefox for you. As a workaround, editing the image from the Library tab appears to work for other users. I know our developers are researching why this is happening and I can have you notified when a fix is in place. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused!
