I apologize for the experience you've had with adding your contact! Contacts should appear in your account as soon as they have been added. How is this contact being added into your account? I have taken a look at your contact's insight section and can see there is a new email address that appears to be added into your account on February 23rd. Is this the contact you were looking for? Having any further information on this will allow us to troubleshoot further for you.
I am trying to call in now. It worked for a while and now it is not again. It seems to be adding ok from the facebook interface. But not from our website.
