Newly updated emails didn't send

Hello there,

 

I had created a campaign to send emails to the old subscribers and new subscribers (its means new joining subscribers). But the email was sent only to old subscribers. didn't send it to new joiners. 

 

If I checked the email contact list there were 44 accounts.  but only sent 39 accounts. 

 

Can someone please advise on why this may have happened?

Hello @FirstNameL23133 ,

 

Since the series is set to trigger off of a separate, regular email campaign being opened, you'd need to manually resend that email to new list additions for the corresponding list.
