I am regularly checking the reports on our organization's newsletter campaigns and one question arose: if someone on our list forwards the newsletter to others who are not originally on the list, does the Constant Contact also count the "unknowns" as ones who read and clicked the links on our newsletter? Or the report can only capture the activities of the people on our original list?
Hello @USKoreaInst. Great question! When a campaign email client or uses the Forward to a Friend feature in your campaign, we do not have a way to track if they clicked on any links in the campaign. We can only track what links your contacts that you had sent the campaign to clicked on.
