Newsletter format does not appear the same to some recipients as it does when sent

My newsletter looks exactly as I want it when received in email on my PC.  It is somewhat rearranged when I see it in email on my Android phone, but it still makes sense as text and images follow each other logically.  Some recipients have responded that the text and images are rearranged on their PC's to the point that they hardly make sense.  I can forward one of their emails showing the way it appears to them.  I don't want to send any more newsletters unless I am sure that they will appear as intended.  Please help.

Hello @MatthewC458,

The system is designed to re-arrange text and images logically (as you mentioned) to fit the smaller screens on mobile devices.  In some cases that of course can happen on PCs with smaller screens, or when someone is using a client that only shows the email on a smaller portion of the screen.  It shouldn't be re-arranging it differently than what you saw on the phone though, so that's definitely something we'd like to take a look at.  Screenshots of the issue, and preferably some information about what email client they are using, and what operating system they are on would be perfect!  Just send that to social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com with a reference to this post, and we'll be happy to help get to the bottom of what's going.
