No Answer on your phone number

I'm so desperate because I waited for 45minutes on your telephone line and ther was no answer. Why do you ask your costumer to contact you if you are not going to answer, its quite disrepectful.

Hello @FirstNameL30571. I'm so sorry that you were not able to talk with someone on Friday! It looks like you had attempted to speak with our Account Review team.
