No Confirmed Subscribers from your signup

So far I  have no Confirmed Subscribers from your signup form that your website builder designer set up for me. I am very disappointed that Constant Contact would leave me hanging because I am depending on being able to email my subscribers to get sales as part of my business cycle. I called your support, but they wanted to charge me, instead of helping me to get confirmed subscribers that signup for my free newsletter. Constant Contact is supposed to be concerned with the service they provide to their customers. You were highly recommed to my by my friend and one of your long time customers .  I shouldn't have to go through hoops to get confirmed subscribers for my visitors that use your form to sign up for my mental golf tip newsletter. Please help resolve this issue ASAP. Thanks,

Also, they did not help me or even discuss emailing a Thank You email to my new subscribers.  THis is very poor service because I expected more from Constant Contact web builder designer that I paid good money to creat my website  that I am very happy with except for the unresolved missing confirmed subscribers. That should be one of your major focuses as an email mailing provider when someone expects and trusts Constant Contact to professionally service their account with you. Thanks for your  help to resolve this issue ASAP.

I'm a little confused by your post, are you requesting that we give you contacts? Contacts have to willingly sign up for your emails, for legal and Compliance reasons. Our teams did setup your website for you, and got it connected, but it's up to you to be making ads and social posts, and engaging with potential customers and contacts in-person and online to get them to signup. If you want us to create even more content for you, or provide particularly specialized advise for your industry type and marketing level, that's when you'd need to look at professional services like Marketing Advisor or Marketing Manager.
