I am pretty dissapointed that I can't get refunded for the services I never used just because I prepaid it.


same here they cheated and haven't initiated refund in approx month

It appears you were refunded last month when your account was cancelled. Please review the email we just sent regarding the refund amount and the transaction ID. You will need to reach out to your bank or the card holder to inquire further about the whereabouts of your funds.

I just called today and was told the same thing- no refunds on prepayment accounts
