Hi, you are asking us to click submit on the page explaining about our rate and monthly billing, but there is no submit button to agree.

Hi @Michele612 , 

 

I do apologize! Are you referring to the page where you change your payment method and/or make a prepayment for your account? This guide should assist you in doing that, including screenshots of where the submit button is located. 

 

If you are still not seeing it, I recommend giving our support team a call at 866-289-2101 for live, 1:1 assistance and to make a payment on your behalf.
